Bookings made through our website are processed through Lodgify and its payment partners (such as Stripe). By making a reservation, you agree to Lodgify’s and Stripe’s terms and policies.
Please review all reservation details before completing your booking. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
All cancellations and modifications follow the policy displayed during the booking process. If you booked through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Vrbo), that platform’s cancellation policy applies.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their group members, or pets (if permitted).
Horseback riding and equine activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Under Montana law, an equine activity sponsor or professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
Event and wedding bookings may require separate agreements, additional deposits, and insurance. These requirements will be provided during the booking process.
Program Name: Four Peaks Ranch Guest Messaging.
Description: Four Peaks Ranch operates an SMS-based guest communication program (delivered via Twilio and assisted by an automated AI agent) to help current and prospective guests with booking inquiries, reservation details, check-in and check-out instructions, property information, and on-property support during their stay.
How You Opt In: You consent to receive SMS messages from Four Peaks Ranch when you provide your mobile number through our website forms, booking process, or by initiating a text conversation with us. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your reservation. You should generally expect a low volume of conversational messages tied to your inquiry or stay.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider may apply to each message sent or received. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt back in (for example, by texting START).
